The first run of Easyboot Glove 50 inventory has two heel heights. The red lines above and below show the maximum and minimum heel heights that will fit successfully in this boot. The green line in this photo shows shell height. And you don’t want the heel height to be less than 5mm below the back rim of the shell. To ensure a good fit, your horse’s heel height should not be more than 10mm above the back rim of the Fit Kit shell. The internal height of the back rim of the Fit Kit shell is 25mm.

Horses with high heels are not the right candidates for the Easyboot Glove 50. The heel height of your horse is also an important requirement for Easyboot Glove 50 success. Take a look at this short video showing what to look for in a well-fitting shell: You should be able to walk and trot a horse at the shells will stay in place. The “V” at the front should open and you should not be able to twist the shell with your hands. When selecting the correct shell size for your horse, you should look for a snug fit.
